Floorplan
After getting acquainted with your space, I will use your provided measurements to create a floor plan. This will be used alongside your final design to show the layout of your space.
Concept Board
This is where the real magic happens! A true visual representation of your space, complete with everything you need to make it feel like home. Each piece chosen with a lot of thought and care.
Visual Source List
Lastly, you will receive a source list containing every product that is shown on your concept board. All within your initial budget. Each product name is a direct, clickable link to the product, making shopping as easy as possible.

Let’s take 15 minutes to chat and see what you’re looking to achieve and how I can help!

I use a questionnaire to get to know how you use the space, how many pets, any special needs, furniture budget, etc., to ensure that the design fits your daily life.
Show me all of that inspiration that you’ve been saving! I love to visually see what catches your eye so I can nail down your aesthetic.

This is when we really evaluate your space, the scope of the project and discuss what your goals are. We will talk about your needs, budget and get working on solutions that will help to transform your space.
(Photos of your space must be provided prior to virtual consult.)

Using your room measurements, I will draft a floor plan of your space. Initially, this will allow me to maximize your layout. Later, it will also aid in the placement of items from your final design, making it as easy as possible to implement.

During this phase, using everything I’ve gathered, I will send some ideas, looks and products to get your initial impressions. From there, I will get to work on your concept board!

Once your concept board is looking amazing, you will take a look, give feedback and I will provide one last round of revisions.
Included in your design is an easy to shop source list of all the items in your concept board, complete with clickable links for shopping. As well as your professional floor plan maximizing your new space.
Now, we celebrate! I will help with any implementation questions, items that may have gone out of stock and anything else you might need to complete your space.
